hold all and singular the said Goods, Chattels and house hold
Stuff and other the Premises above bargained and sold or mentioned
and intended so to be to the s.d Paul his Executors or
Assigns forever   And I the said Dobson for myself, heirs or
assigns all and singular the s.d goods, Chattels and household
Stuff and other the premises unto the s.d Paul his Executors or
Assigns against me the s.d Dobson my heirs or assigns and against
all and every other person whatsoever shall and will
warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular
which s.d goods, chattels and house hold stuff and other the
premises I the said Dobson have put the said Paul in full
possession by delivering to him the said Paul 1 Table Spoon
at the sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of
the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and
intended to be so unto the said Paul as aforesaid.  In Witness
whereof I hereunto affix my hand and seal this 14.th day of
August 1846                                                his

Oliver P. Hooper           Be it remembered that the following Bill
Ex.d      from                  of Sale was recorded August 26.th 1846
Washington Hastings      Know all men by these presents that I
                                     Washington Hastings of Dorchester County
State of Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of
Forty five dollars current money to me in hand paid by
Oliver P. Hooper of the County and State aforesaid at

Deld O. P. Hooper 8 Nov C 1848
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof I the said Washington Hastings do hereby
acknowledge, have granted, bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said
Oliver P. Hooper, his Executors, Administrators & Assigns
all the Goods, House hold stuff, implements and furniture
hereinafter particular mentioned that is to say Two
Beds, Bedsteads and Furniture, Two Water Stands,
one work stand, seven chairs, one Table, one oven & lid
