I Robert Bell a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland
in and for Dorchester County do hereby Certify that John
Muir and Sam.l I. Meekins this day appeared before me the
subscriber and took the following Oath; We John Muir &
Samuel I. Meekins subscribing witnesses to the within Bond
do make oath that the obligors mentioned in the said Bond
did severally in our presence sign, seal & deliver the said
Bond as their Act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
Given under my hand this 20.th day of April 1846.

State of M.d            Be it remembered that the following Bond was recorded on
    from   Ex.d          the 20.th day of April 1846, To wit:
James N. Wright      Know all men by these presents that we James N. Wright
    Constable            William Frazier and Elijah Marshall s.r of Dorchester County
                                in the State of Maryland are held & firmly bound unto the
State of Maryland in the full and just sum of Two thousand dollars current
Money of the United States to be paid to the said State or its certain Attorney to the
which payment well and truly to be made & done we bind ourselves, our heirs,
executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents.  Sealed
with our seals and dated this 20.th day of April 1846.  The Condition of the above
obligation is such that if the above bounden James N. Wright shall well & truly execute
the Office of Constable of Election district N.o 8 in all things appertaining thereto
and shall also well and truly pay all sums of Money received by him then the obligation
to be void otherwise of full force & virtue in law.                   James N. Wright     (L S)

                      Dorchester County, To wit:   on the 20.th day of April 1846
personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County
aforesaid John Muir & Sam.l I. Meekins and made the following Oath, to wit: "We John
