348. State of M.d Be it remembered that the following Bond was recorded Ex.d from on the 20.th day of April 1846, To wit: Henry Fallin Know all men by these presents that we Henry Fallin Constable Levin L. Keene and Samuel R. Dunnock all of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland are held & firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of Two thousand dollars current money of the United States to be paid to the said state or its certain Attorney to which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 20.th day of April A. D. 1846. The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounden Henry Fallin shall well & faithfully execute the Office of Constable in Election district N.o 5 in Dorchester County in all things appertaining thereto and shall also well and truly account for all monies placed on his hands for collection and shall also well & truly pay all sums of Money received by him agreeably to an Act of the General Assembly passed at November Session 1809 entitled "An Act relating to Constables Bonds" and shall well and truly account for all money which he shall receive on Judgments and shall well and truly pay over the same and shall faithfully perform all acts which he shall perform in virtue of his office in the said County in the State of Maryland then the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force & virtue Signed, sealed & delivered in the presence of Henry Fallin (Seal) John Muir Samuel I. Meekins Sam.l R. Dunnock (Seal) Levin L. Keene (Seal) I Robert Bell a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and for Dorchester County do hereby certify that John Muir & Sam.l I. Meekins this day appeared before me and took the following Oath; we John Muir and Samuel I. Meekins subscribing witnesses to the within Bond do make Oath that the obligors mentioned in the said Bond did severally in our presence sign, seal & deliver the said Bond as their act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
