Isaac W. Lowe      Be it remembered that the following Bill of Sale
Ex.d   from            was recorded on the 3.d day of July 1845, To wit:
Job Willoughby      Know all men by these presents that I Job Willoughby
                              of Dorchester County for and in consideration of the sum
of one hundred dollars current money to me in hand paid by Isaac W. Lowe
of Dorchester County at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipts whereof I the said Job Willoughby do hereby acknowledge,
have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain
& sell unto the said Isaac W. Lowe, his executors, administrators
and assigns all the goods, house hold stuff, implements and furniture
hereinafter particularly mentioned that is to say 1 Bay Horse,
4 Hogs, Crop of wheat on the ground, Crop of Corn growing, 1 Plough,
2 Harrows, 2 beds and furniture and all the balance of my household
and Kitchen furniture all and singular which said goods and
Chattels are and remaining standing and being in a Certain Missuage
or tenements situate in Dorchester County and now or late in
the occupation of the said Job Willoughby  To have & to hold
all and singular the said goods, house hold stuff and furniture and
other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned or intended
so to be to the said Isaac W. Lowe, his executors, administrators and
assigns forever   And I the said Job Willoughby for myself, my
heirs, executors and administrators all and singular the said goods &c
unto the said Isaac W. Lowe his executors, administrators and assigns
against me the said Job Willoughby, my Executors and administrators
and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever shall
and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all & singular
which said goods &c I the said Job Willoughby have put the said
Isaac W. Lowe in full possession by delivering to him the said Isaac
W. Lowe one Bay Horse at the sealing and delivery of these presents
in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned
or intended so to be unto him the said Isaac W. Lowe as aforesaid.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the thirteenth
day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
forty five
Signed, sealed & delivered in the presence of         Job Willoughby   (seal)

State of Maryland, Dorchester County.  Be it remembered and
it is hereby Certified that on this thirteenth day of June one thousand
eight hundred and forty five before the subscriber one of the Justices
of the Peace of the state Maryland in and for the Dorchester
County aforesaid personally appears Job Williby he being the person
