294. and shall also well and truly pay all sums of money received by him then there the above obligation to be void otherwise of full force and virtue in law. Dean (seal) Dorchester County, To wit: On the 28.th day of April 1845 personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid. John Newton and John Muir and made the following Oath, To wit: Mr John Newton and John Muir subscribing Witnesses to the above Bond do make Oath that Severn S. Dawson, Daniel Cannon and Martin M. Dean obligors mentioned in the said Bond did severally in our presence sign, seal and deliver the said Bond as their Act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned. Sworn before me on the day above mentioned. Robt Bell Approved by order of the Commissioners, April 28.th 1845 Test William Rea Clk C. D. C. State of Maryland Be it remembered that the following Bond was from Ex.d recorded on the 5.th day of May 1845, To wit: Wesley Keene Know all men by these presents that we Wesley Keene, Charles Constable Shenton and Moses L. Keene Dorchester County in the State of Maryland are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of Two thousand $200.0.00 dollars current money of the United States to be paid to the said state or attorney; to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind Ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 5.th day of May 1845. The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounden Wesley Keene shall well and truly execute the Office of Constable of Parsons Creek or N.o 4 in all things appertaining thereto and shall also well and truly account for all moneys placed in his hands for collection and shall also well & truly pay all sums of Money received by him then the obligation to be void otherwise of full force and virtue in law. signed, sealed & delivered Wesley Keene (L S) in the presence of Charles Shenton (L S) Jn.o Newton Moses L.
