287. our seals and dated this 21 day of April 1845. The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden George W. Wingate shall well and truly execute the Office of Constable of Cambridge in all things appertaining thereto and shall well and truly account for all monies placed in his hands for collection and shall also well & truly pay all sums of Money received by him then the obligation to be void otherwise of full force and virtue in law. Signed, sealed & delivered Geo W. Wingate (L S) in the presence of Ja.s Dixon (L S) John Muir Algernon Thomas Thomas Dail (L S) Dorchester County, To wit: On the 21 day of April 1845 personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County and state aforesaid John Muir and Algernon Thomas and made the following Oath, To wit: We John Muir and Algernon Thomas subscribing Witnesses to the above Bond do make Oath that George W. Wingate, James Dixon and Thomas Dail obligors mentioned in the said Bond did severally in our presence sign, seal and deliver the said Bond as their Act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned. Sworn before me on the day above mentioned. Approved by the Commissioners Robt Bell April 21 1845. Test William Rea Clerk C. D. C. State Be it remembered that the following Bond was from Ex.d recorded on the 22.d day of April 1845, To wit: William Bell Know all men by these presents that we William Bell Henry Bibby and John Parvin of Dorchester County in the state of Maryland are held & firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of Two thousand dollars current money of the United States to be paid to the said state or its certain Attorney; to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 21 day of April 1845.
