243. on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he did see William Jackson Thomas Breerwood and James K. Lewis obligors in the said Bond sign seal and deliver the said Bond as their respective act and deed and that he the said John G. Bell did Subscribe his name as a witness thereto sworn before James Rea October Term 1844 the above and within Bond and security approved by the Court Ann Spencer William Tingle Brice J. Goldsborough Turpin Wright Be it remembered that the following Bill of Sale was recorded Ex.d from on the first day of November 1844, To wit: Elsey Cimmey Know all men by these presents that I Elsey Kimmy of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty five dollars and nine cent current money to me in hand paid by turpin wright of Dorchester County in the said State at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Elzy Kimmy do hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said turpin wright his executors, administrators and assigns all the goods household Stuff and furniture particularly mentioned expressed and contained in the schedule hereunto annexed or thus hereinafter particularly mentioned that is to say 2 Cows 2 yearlings, 2 yong Stears 7 head of Hogs 1 ox Cart 2 old Stears 2 Beds 2 iron pots and all and singular which said goods and Chattels are now remaining standing and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in Dorchester County and now in the occupation of the said Elzy Kimmy To have and to hold all and singular the goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said turpin wright his executors administrators and assigns forever and I the said Elsy Kimmy for myself my heirs executors and administrators all and singular the goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises unto the said turpin wright his executors administrators and assigns against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will want and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods house hold stuff and furniture and other the premises I the said Elsy Kimmy have put the said turpin wright in full possession by delivering to him the said turpin wright one Yoke of young Stears in the name of the whole at the sealing and delivering of these presents hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be unto him the said turpin wright as aforesaid.
