147 their executors administrators and assigns all the intire crop of corn now growing on the Farm I rented of James Dixon Executor of Wheatley Beckwith with the fodder and all the appurtenances which said Corn now growing on the farm as above mentioned and Now in the Occupation of the said John Troth above bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended So to be to the said Levin Mowbray and Algernon Hurley their Executors Administrators and Assigns forever and I the said John Troth for my Self my heirs executors and Administrators all and Singular the said Crop of Corn unto the said Levin Mowbray and Algernon Hurley their executors Administrators and Assigns against me the said John Troth my Executors and Administrators and Against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 18.th day of July 1843 Test Charles Corkran John Troth (Seal) State of Maryland Dorchester County To wit on this 18.th day of July 1843 before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the peace in and for the said County and State personally appeared John Troth and Acknowledged the above bill of Sale or instrument of writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and Meaning thereof Acknowledged before Charles Corkran Marcelleus D. Keene Be it remembered that the following Bill of Sale was recorded on the Ex.d from Seventh day of August in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred Shenton and Street and forty three to wit Know all men by these presents that I John Shenton ^of Tho.s^ and Mary Street of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland for and in consideration of the Sum of eighty Dollars Current Money to me in hand paid by Marcelleus D Keene of Dorchester County in the State aforesaid at and before the Sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof We the said John Shenton of Thomas and Mary Streets do hereby Acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and Sell unto the said Marcelleus D. Keene his executors Administrators and Assigns all the goods household Stuff implements and furniture particularly mentioned expressed and contained in the Schedules hereunto Annexed herein particularly mentioned that is to say one yoke of work Stears one Cow and Calf one other Cow one Stear yearling eight head of Sheep nine head of Shotes, two Canoes one ox Cart one plow three beds bedsteads and furniture one Clock two looking glasses 1/2 dozen Stool chairs one Chest one linning wheel one loom and gear two Iron pots two Spiders and one tea kettle two gans all and Singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining Standing and being in a certain Messuage or tenement situate in Meekins Neck in the aforesaid County and now in the Occupation of the said John Shenton of Tho.s and Mary Streets To Have and to Hold all and Singular the said goods household Stuff and furniture and other the premises above bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended so to be to the said Marcelleus D Keene his executors Administrators and Assigns |
