(1) Unless otherwise [specified] SPECIFIED, an advising [bank] BANK, by
advising a credit issued by another [bank] BANK, does not assume any obligation to
honor drafts drawn or demands for payment made under the credit but it does assume
obligation for the accuracy of its own statement.

(b) "Cost to the retailer" means the lesser of the invoice cost or the replacement
cost of the merchandise to the retailer[;], minus any trade discount other than a
customary discount for cash[;], plus:

(1) A freight charge otherwise not included in the invoice cost or the
replacement cost of the merchandise;
