only be transferred for the purpose of
enhancing or matching federal funds for
services for individuals with developmental
disabilities. All funds remaining at the close
of June 30, 1995 shall revert to the general
fund.

Further provided that the Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene shall submit to the budget
committees a schedule of projected
expenditures and revenues for FY 1995 by July
1, 1994 and provide quarterly reports within six
weeks of the last day of each fiscal quarter
which updates the committees on the projected
expenditures and revenues for FY 1995.
