25.01.01.03 Financial Management Information
Systems

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
the development and implementation of the
Financial Management Information System
as one integrated system for use by all State
agencies continue. Changes to the
implementation plan should not impair the
development of an integrated system or
result in some State agencies not making
use of the system.

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$12,096,175 of this appropriation relating to
the development and implementation of a
new statewide financial management
information system may be expended only
for the purpose indicated and may not be
transferred by budget amendment or
otherwise to any other program for any
other purpose. Funds not used for this
purpose shall revert to the general fund......
