19.16.00.00 Mandate Relief Grants to Civil
Divisions
To provide funds for mandate relief grants to
the civil divisions of the State. Funds are
distributed to the counties and Baltimore
City on a per capita basis, utilizing 1990
census data. Qualifying municipalities, as
defined by Article 88B, Section 66(a)(7),
shall share in their respective county's
distribution. The municipality's share shall
be calculated by dividing its per capita
amount by 2. The counties and Baltimore
City distribution amounts are as follows:
