Abatement of Nuisances

FOR the purpose of providing for the abatement of nuisances where commercial property
is used for the purpose of unlawfully selling, serving, storing, keeping,
manufacturing, or giving away any controlled dangerous substance, precursor, or
analog, providing for a civil administrative process, and providing for notice and
hearing requirements.

FOR the purpose of implementing the "Cable Television Consumer Protection and
Competition Act of 1992"; establishing penalties for noncompliance with the
federal customer service standards as adopted by the Federal Communications
Commission ("FCC"); establishing penalties for noncompliance with the rate
regulations adopted by the FCC; adopting rate regulation procedures consistent
with FCC regulations; modifying franchise transfer regulations; and generally
relating to cable television regulation.
