Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control

FOR the purpose of revising the provisions of the County Grading, Drainage and Erosion
Control Ordinance to made it consistent with State law and regulations; to clarify
intent; and to make it consistent with the County's Woodland Conservation and
Tree Preservation Policy and the Federal Environmental Protection Agency's
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requirements.
