AN ACT concerning

Employment and Promotional Eligibility Registers

FOR the purpose of amending the Personnel Law to provide that applicants whose names
appear on eligibility registers for appointment to positions in the classified service
be ordered alphabetically, rather than chronologically by date of submission of
application.
