AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- conforming the Zoning Ordinance with State law concerning the role of the
County Executive in the review and approval or disapproval of amendments to
the Zoning Ordinance.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    revising the parking agreement requirements and penalties for certain sites
within share-a-ride-districts; and

-    amending the parking requirement in the TSM and TSR zones for moderately
priced dwellings.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-E-3                                  "Number of Spaces Required"

Section 59-E-3.31                               "Credits for general office building"

Section 59-E-3.7                                "Schedule of requirements"
