COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

-    require County Executive to prepare comprehensive fiscal impact analysis on
completion of Planning Board draft master plan;

-    provide County Council with ability to extend 180-day period for review and
action on master plans by 2/3 vote of District Council;

-    require all approved and adopted plans in force to be available for sale to the
public;

- eliminate requirement that Planning Board create position of Citizen's Land
Use Information Officer; and

-    make technical and clarifying changes throughout.

By amending the following sections of the Planning Procedures for Montgomery
County, Chapter 33A of the Montgomery County Code:
