AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

- providing incentives to increase the amount of housing permitted in the Central
Business District Zones.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Section 59-C-6.23                                        "Development Standards"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of

-    Enacting a new central business district zone to encourage high density
residential development.

-    Revising the land uses allowed in the CBD-0.5 Zone.

-    Redesignating the CBD-R Zone to the CBD-R1 Zone.

-    Allowing for certain existing multi-family structures to be made conforming
uses.

-    Changing "Purposes" to "Intent" in the CBD zones.

-    Inserting the CBD-R2 Zone in Article 59-D.

-    Changing "Purposes" to "Intent" in the Project Plan requirements of Division
59-D-2.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance,
Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
