AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

(1)     extend the sunset date of the County Minority - Female - Disabled (MFD)
Procurement Program to a certain date;

(2)     alter the applicability of the MFD Procurement Program and strengthen its
enforcement;

(3)     make certain legislative findings;

(4)     require certain reports; and

(5)     generally amend the MFD Procurement Program.
