AN EMERGENCY ACT to:

(1)     allow the establishment of a separate police management salary schedule for
sworn police managers (Police Sergeant and above) under the County's
uniform salary plan; and

(2)     allow salaries on the police management salary schedule to be adjusted based
on consideration of market rates, collective bargaining agreements, and
availability of funds.
