An Act amending the Howard County Code to provide for the establishment of shared
sewage disposal facilities, their ownership, operations and maintenance by the Dept. of
Public Works, and the requirement of lot owners served by shared sewage disposal
facilities to pay the County an annual operations and maintenance fee.

[Amending Titles 16 and 18 of the Howard County Code.

An Act amending Subtitle 6 "Historic District Commission" of Title 16 of the Howard
County Code in order to provide for establishment of historic districts, expiration of
certificates of approval, residential requirements for members of the Commission,
emergency meetings, recommendations to the Zoning Board, and routine maintenance;
and restructuring the subtitle for greater clarity.

AN ACT amending Subtitle 2 "Zoning" and Subtitle 9 "Planning Board" of Title 16
"Planning, Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development Regulations" to revise the
notice requirements for comprehensive and piecemeal zoning.

AN ACT to amend Section 5.200 "Annual Salary" of Subtitle 2 "Compensation" of Title
5 "County Council" of the Howard County Code to set the annual salary of the members
of the Howard County Council for the term beginning in December of 1994.

AN ACT to amend Section 6.100 "Annual Salary" of Subtitle 1 "Compensation of the
County Executive" of Title 6 "County Executive and the Executive Branch" of the
Howard County Code to set the annual salary of the Howard County Executive for the
term beginning in December of 1994.
