FOR the purpose of providing a special variance petition and an exception, under certain
conditions, for certain lots in the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area from certain
impervious surfaces limitations, and restating and revising requirements for
stormwater runoff and impervious surfaces limitations.

Noise

FOR the purpose of repealing the existing noise ordinance and enacting a new ordinance
regulating noise in Baltimore County, defining terms, stating legislative intent,
specifying what constitutes excessive levels of domestic noise in Baltimore County,
providing for the enforcement of the law, providing for penalties for violations of
the law, providing for penalties against the owner of the premises, and generally
relating to the regulation of noise in Baltimore County.
