WHEREAS, Resolution No. 89-1 for Annexation No. 06-Broadford Road Area
was filed on July 25, 1989 and recorded in Liber 2, page 493, of the Ordinance and
Resolution Records of Garrett County, Maryland, and

WHEREAS, the description of the Broadford Road Area Annexation was initially
correct as provided by the surveyor, and

WHEREAS, the recorded description as set forth in Liber 2, page 493, one of the
Ordinance and Resolution Records of Garrett County, Maryland, contains some
typographical errors and omissions, which must be corrected.

PROPERTY, MORE OR LESS, INTO THE TOWN OF MYERSVILLE, UPON THE
PETITION OF BUCKEYE, INC., DEER WOODS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, AND
DAVID C. JONES AND THEORA W. JONES.
