A resolution to rescind and replace section 53-25 of the City Charter to remove the
$1.00 cap on the property tax rate.

Replacement Edition and 1993 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Resolution No. 10-94

A resolution to rescind and replace sections 53-27 and 53-28 of the City Charter to
remove the special levy for the fire and police departments, to authorize appropriations
to the fire department for municipal fiscal year 1995 and future fiscal years, to provide for
disposition of unlawfully expended funds by the fire department during municipal fiscal
years from 1990 through the present, and to provide for fire department appropriations to
lapse at the end of the fiscal year for which the appropriation was made.
