A RESOLUTION TO AMEND SECTION 1205 OF ARTICLE XII

OF THE TOWN CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE

TO PROVIDE FOR THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE

TO BE ABLE TO BORROW FROM ITSELF,

AND TO DETERMINE A NEW MINIMUM PERCENTAGE

OF INCOME FROM THE ELECTRIC PLANT INVESTMENTS,

WHICH SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE INVESTMENT FUND,

AND TO SET FORTH A PERCENTAGE OF THE INCOME FROM

THE INVESTMENT FUND WHICH MUST BE USED TO RETIRE

THE DEBT CREATED BY THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION

COST OF THE TOWN OF CENTREVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK

[Section 1205 of the Charter of the Town of Centreville, Queen Anne's County, as
found in the compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition
and 1993 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
