RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF CECILTON ADOPTED
PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE 11E OF THE CONSTITUTION
OF MARYLAND, SECTION 13 OF ARTICLE 23A OF THE ANNOTATED CODE
OF MARYLAND 1957 EDITION, 1990 REPLACEMENT VOLUME, TITLED
"CORPORATIONS - MUNICIPAL" TO AMEND ARTICLE VII SECTION 719 OF
THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF CECILTON, SAID RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTES AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CHARTER OF THE
BODY POLITIC AND CORPORATED KNOWN AS "THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
OF CECILTON".

[Section 719 of the Charter of the Town of Cecilton, Cecil County, as found in the
compilation of Municipal Charters of Maryland (1990 Replacement Edition and 1993
Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
