RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOWIE. MARYLAND

ENLARGING THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF BOWIE BY

ANNEXING LAND CONTIGUOUS AND ADJOINING THE EXISTING

CORPORATE AREA OF THE CITY OF BOWIE LOCATED NORTH AND

SOUTH OF MOUNT OAK ROAD AND EAST OF CHURCH ROAD.

COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE FRANKLIN PROPERTY. AND INCLUDING

APPROXIMATELY 1200 FEET OF THE PHILADELPHIA, BALTIMORE, AND

WASHINGTON RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY, NORTH OF THE SOUTH RIGHT

OF WAY OF MOUNT OAK ROAD, AND APPROXIMATELY 1990 FEET OF

MOUNT OAK ROAD LOCATED WEST OF THE RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY.

AND APPROXIMATELY 470 FEET OF MOUNT OAK ROAD LOCATED EAST

OF THE RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY, CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY

238.43 ACRES OF LAND, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONTAINED IN AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE

CITY OF BOWIE AND CHURCH ROAD L.C. I LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

MORE OR LESS, INCLUDING A .25 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND COMMONLY

KNOWN AS THE HALL FAMILY CEMETERY, LOCATED SOUTH OF

MARYLAND ROUTE 214 AND BOUNDED ON THE EAST, WEST, AND SOUTH

BY THE COLLINGTON MANOR SUBDIVISION, SUBJECT TO THE TERMS
