A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN,
A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND, PROPOSING
THE ANNEXATION TO THE TOWN OF A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND
SITUATED AND CONTIGUOUS TO AND ADJOINING UPON THE EASTERN
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN AND PROVIDING FOR THE
CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES APPLICABLE TO THE PROPOSED
CHANGES IN BOUNDARY OF THE TOWN OF BERLIN (8.262 acres of land, more
or less).
