VETOES

(5) THE COMPENSATION OF THE EMPLOYEES LISTED IN PARAGRAPH (4)
OF THIS SUBSECTION MAY NOT EXCEED THE HIGHEST GRADE AND STEP OR
HIGHEST FIXED RATE AMOUNT PROVIDED UNDER THE EXECUTIVE PAY PLAN

ESTABLISHED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF § 6-102 (B) OF THE STATE PERSONNEL
AND PENSIONS ARTICLE
THE FOLLOWING EMPLOYEES OF THE COMMISSION SHALL BE
SUBJECT TO THE EXECUTIVE PAY PLAN ESTABLISHED UNDER THE REQUIREMENTS OF
THE STATE PERSONNEL ARTICLE FOR EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS IN STATE
GOVERNMENT. THE COMPENSATION OF EACH EMPLOYEE MAY NOT EXCEED THE
AMOUNT PROVIDED FOR THE HIGHEST STEP OF THE GRADE LISTED BELOW FOR THAT
EMPLOYEE UNDER THE CURRENT EXECUTIVE PAY PLAN IN EFFECT FOR THE
APPLICABLE FISCAL YEAR:

(I) PRESIDENT............................................................................................ES-11;

(II) SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT FOR ADMINISTRATION.......................ES-8;

(III)        SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT FOR BROADCASTING.......................ES-8;

(IV)    SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT FOR NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL
PRODUCTION
..................................................................................................................................ES-10;

(V) SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT FOR MARKETING AND

DEVELOPMENT...............................................................................................................................ES-8;

(VI)    VICE-PRESIDENT FOR ENGINEERING...................................ES-7; AND

(VII)   VICE-PRESIDENT FOR PRODUCTION OPERATIONS.....................ES-7.

(b) (5) THE LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR SHALL AUDIT ALL EXPENDITURES AND
ACCOUNTS OF THE COMMISSION AND OF ANY AFFILIATED FOUNDATION OF THE
COMMISSION.                                             

(6) THE COMMISSION MAY ADD, ELIMINATE, OR CHANGE THE TITLE OF
THE EMPLOYEE POSITIONS LISTED IN PARAGRAPH (
4) OF THIS SUBSECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.
