and accounts of the Commission and any affiliated foundation of the Commission

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Education

24-204.

(b) (1) The Commission shall have the staff provided in the State budget.

(2)     The secretarial, stenographic, clerical, and custodial employees of the
Commission are in the classified service of the State Personnel Management System.

(3)     All other employees of the Commission are in the unclassified service of
the State Personnel Management System.

(4)     THE COMMISSION SHALL SET THE SALARIES AND DETERMINE THE
DUTIES OF THE FOLLOWING EMPLOYEES OF THE COMMISSION:

(I) THE PRESIDENT;

(II) THE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR ADMINISTRATION;

(III) THE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR BROADCASTING;

(IV) THE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR

NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTION;

(V) THE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FOR MARKETING AND
DEVELOPMENT;

(VI) THE VICE PRESIDENT FOR ENGINEERING; AND

(VII) THE VICE PRESIDENT FOR PRODUCTION OPERATIONS.
