WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor S.B. 504
This bill would make it a misdemeanor to arrange or participate in an obscene
performance in Somerset County.
House Bill 129, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me on May 26,
1994, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign Senate
Bill 504.
Sincerely,
William Donald Schaefer
Governor

certain persons from engaging in, participating in, or assisting in certain obscene
live performances and from assenting to or knowingly permitting certain obscene
live performances on certain premises; and generally relating to obscene

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
