(d) (1) (vi) The sales prohibition in subparagraph (v)4 of this paragraph does
not apply to a Class B beer, wine and liquor licensee:

1.       Whose license was issued before July 1, 1991; and

2.       Who prior to July 1, 1991 operated the premises and
exercised the sales privileges under the license on Sundays.
