SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

10.                                                                                                              

(v) (2) Section 206 of this article permits the Talbot County Council to provide
for the retail alcoholic beverage laws for the county which, if enacted, supersede the
provisions of this article.

(a) (2) The annual fee for the license shall be paid to the local collecting
[agent,] AGENT before any license is issued, for distribution as provided..

(v) (2) Section 206 of this article permits the Talbot County Council to provide

SUPERSEDE the provisions of this article.
