J.R. 9 1994 JOINT RESOLUTIONS (1) Measures that ensure a safe, secure, and drug-free community and (2) Availability of a coordinated delivery system for health and nutrition for (b) The following school site conditions that affect student learning: (1) Healthful physical plant facilities that meet program needs and support (2) Adequate supply of current and appropriate textbooks, instructional (3) Technology for instruction; (c) The following instructional conditions that promote student learning: (1) Sufficient individual attention throughout the school day for each (2) Access to culturally diverse course offering within a rigorous core (3) Qualified staff in every position who have the time and resources to plan (4) Professional development designed to meet the needs of staff in (5) Time and authority for faculty to develop and carry out the academic (6) Cooperative and interactive learning situations; and (7) Adequate infrastructure to meet special needs; (d) Post graduate economic conditions that provide a job market which rewards RESOLVED, That the State Department of Education assist local Boards of RESOLVED, That each school task force report, to be transmitted to the State RESOLVED, That by - 3388 -
