(III) IN A LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT WHERE THE DELEGATES ARE TO
BE ELECTED BY THE VOTERS OF A MULTIMEMBER SUBDISTRICT THAT CONTAINS
MORE THAN TWO COUNTIES OR PARTS OF MORE THAN TWO COUNTIES, AN
ELECTOR MAY CAST A VOTE FOR THE SPECIFIED NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE
ELECTED IN THE SUBDISTRICT WITHOUT REGARD TO THE COUNTY OF RESIDENCE
OF THE CANDIDATES.

(3)      The ballots shall be arranged so that exact uniformity, to the extent
practicable, will prevail as to size and face of printing of all candidates' names and party
designation.                       

(4)     The names of all candidates for judge of the circuit courts for the several
counties, and for a county board of education and the names of incumbent judges of the
Court of Special Appeals or the Court of Appeals at an election for continuance in office
shall be placed on the ballots without any party label or other distinguishing mark or
location which might directly or indirectly indicate the party affiliation of the candidate or
judge.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County - Instant Bingo

FOR the purpose of including instant bingo as a type of bingo that may be operated or
conducted under a Class NG beach license in Calvert County; and making this Act
contingent on the taking effect of another Act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) (1) IN THIS SECTION, "BINGO" INCLUDES THE GAME OF INSTANT BINGO
FOR A CLASS NG BEACH LICENSE.
