(3)     AUTHORIZE BINDING INTEREST ARBITRATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Foreign Crab Meat - Markings on Containers

FOR the purpose of requiring that each container of crab meat sold in the State
containing crab meat that was picked, packed, repacked, or processed outside of the
United States be marked by a certain notice; and generally relating to the labeling
of crab meat.
