[(5)] (6) A person may not be on the premises who is under the legal age for
the consumption of beer and light wine in this State.

[(6)] (7) All alcoholic beverages other than beer and light wine shall be
purchased from the Liquor Control Board for Wicomico County and shall be charged not
more than 15 percent above the wholesale cost to the dispensary.

(b) The annual LICENSE fee [for the license] is [$500] $550.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the increases in license
fees for which provision is made by this Act shall be implemented only from and after
May 1, 1994.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an emergency
measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, has
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to
each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is
enacted.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County Agricultural Preservation Advisory Board

FOR the purpose of modifying membership requirements of the Calvert County
Agricultural Preservation Advisory Board, to eliminate a requirement that a certain
number of members be owner operators of commercial farms who earn a certain
percentage of their income from farming, and to provide that a certain number be
actively involved in an ongoing, commercial, for-profit farming operation; and
making stylistic changes.
