[(4)] (5) Ail alcoholic beverages other than beer and light wine shall be
purchased from the Liquor Control Board for Wicomico County and THE LICENSEE shall
be charged not more than 15 percent above the wholesale operating cost to the
dispensary.

19.

(x) (1) This subsection applies [solely to] ONLY IN Wicomico County.

(2)     (ii) The annual fee for this license is [$1,000] $1,100 for a restaurant
and [$1,500] $1,650 for a hotel.

(3)     (ii) The annual license fee is [$1,000] $1,100.

(x) (2) (i) The annual license fee for a 6-day license is as follows:

1.       For a club with from 50 to 399 bona fide, dues-paying
members - [$250] $275;

2.       For a club with from 400 to 599 such members - [$500] $550;
and

3.       For a club with 600 or more members - [$750] $825.

(iii) The annual license fee for a 7-day license is [$100 in addition to
the fees specified in subparagraph (i) of this paragraph (2)] AS FOLLOWS:

1.        FOR A CLUB WITH FROM 50 TO 399 BONA FIDE,
DUES-PAYING MEMBERS - $400;

2.        FOR A CLUB WITH FROM 400 TO 599 OF THOSE MEMBERS -
$675; AND

3.        FOR A CLUB WITH 600 OR MORE MEMBERS - $950.
21.

(1) (1) THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES ONLY IN [In] Wicomico County. [, the]

(2) THE annual license fee is [$1,750] $1,925.

[(2)](3) Any license issued under the provisions of this section is for six
days.

[(3)] (4) In order to qualify for a license under the provisions of this section
the premises that is the subject of the application shall have a minimum seating capacity
of 140 persons based on a minimum of 15 square feet per person, not including the bar
area or dancing floor area.

[(4)] (5) Alcoholic beverages sold under the provisions of this section shall
be consumed on the premises only.
