(ii) in a program that oners a doctoral degree in psychology; and
(5) applies to the Board before October 1, 1994 for a license to practice
psychology.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the State Board of
Examiners of Psychologists may not limit the number of times an individual, who applies
to the Board before October 1, 1994 for a license to practice psychology in accordance
with Section 2(5) of this Act, may take the examination required under Title 18, Subtitle
3 of the Health Occupations Article.
SECTION 3. 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that Section 2 Sections 2 and
3 of this Act shall be null and void after October 1, 1995 November 1, 1996.
SECTION 4. 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that, subject to the
provisions of Section 3 Section 4 of this Act, this Act shall take effect July 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning
Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Protection Program - Community Piers - Calculation of
Number of Slips
FOR the purpose of authorizing a permit for a new of expanded community pier or for
certain other boating facilities in the buffer area under certain circumstances;
requiring certain numbers or certain percentages of slips in accordance with certain
numbers of platted lots or dwellings in the critical area; authorizing local
jurisdictions to grant a variance in accordance with certain regulations; requiring
local jurisdictions to amend local critical area protection programs to conform with
the provisions of this Act by a certain date; defining certain terms; providing for the
application of this Act; and generally relating to community piers and the
calculation of the number of slips under the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area
Protection Program.
