1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(5)     the appointee who replaces the member who was appointed from legislative
district 10 shall reside in councilmanic district 3 on July 1, 1995;

(6)     the appointee who replaces the member who was appointed from legislative
district 11 shall reside in councilmanic district 2 on July 1, 1998;
                                 

(7)     the appointee who replaces the member who was appointed from legislative
district 12 shall reside in councilmanic district 1 on July 1, 1999; and

(8)     of the four appointments for full terms of at large members, 2 shall be made
on or after July 1, 1994, 1 shall be made on or after July 1, 1995, and 1 shall be made on or
after July 1, 1996.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the at large member of the
board serving on June 30, 1994 shall continue to serve for the remainder of the member's term
and shall be replaced as provided in Section 2 of this Act.

SECTION 2. 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October July 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Public School Employees - Service or Representation Fee

PG 402-94

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Prince George's County Board of Education to
negotiate with certain employee organizations for the imposition of a fee to be
charged to certain employees for negotiation services provided by the employee
organization; and generally relating to public school employees in Prince George's
County.                                                                           

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
