INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SHALL BE NAMED THE GOVERNOR WILLIAM DONALD
SCHAEFER INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning
Retirement and Pension Systems —Reemployment of Retirees
FOR the purpose of permitting a retiree of certain State retirement and pension systems
to accept permanent employment with a participating employer without any
reduction in the retiree's retirement allowance under certain conditions; providing
for a reduction in the retirement allowance under certain conditions; providing for
certain exceptions for certain retirees employed on a temporary or contractual
basis; prohibiting the receipt of creditable service or eligibility service or the
application of certain employee pickup or member contributions during the period
of reemployment; requiring the State Retirement Agency to institute certain
reporting procedures with certain payroll systems; requiring certain employers
participating in certain State retirement and pension systems to provide certain
information to the State Retirement Agency; altering the circumstances under which
certain Orphans' Court judges may not receive a certain pension; providing for the
application of this Act; and generally relating to the reemployment of retirees of
certain State retirement and pension systems.
