SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 1 of this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1994 and shall remain in effect until October 1, 1994.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections 2 and 3 of this
Act shall take effect October 1, 1994.

SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 4 of this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1994.

fossil shell; and repealing the designation of Ecphora quadricostata (Say) as the

The [Ecphora quadricostata (say)] ECPHORA GARDNERAE GARDNERAE
(WILSON) is the State fossil shell.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.
