Secretary of State. State members shall be reimbursed for expenses incurred while
actually engaged in the performance of their duties, in accordance with the [standard
travel regulations] STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS.

Article - State Finance and Procurement

3-502.

(a) Consistent with Division II of this article, the Secretary shall approve and
submit to the Board of Public Works for concurrence:

(2) all leases or rentals of motor vehicles for use by officials or employees of
any unit of the Executive Branch of the State government, other than any individual
motor vehicle lease or rental made under the [State] Standard STATE Travel
Regulations.

(d) A member of the Commission is entitled to:

(2) Reimbursement for expenses incurred in the discharge of his duties, in
accordance with the [standard travel regulations] STANDARD STATE TRAVEL
REGULATIONS of the Department of Personnel.

Article - Transportation

(a) After the conviction of an individual for a violation of Article 27, § 388 or §
388A of the Code, or of the vehicle laws or regulations of this State or of any local
authority, points shall be assessed against the individual as of the date of violation and as
follows:

(27) Any violation of § 16-301, § 16-302, § 16-804, or § 16-808(1)
through [(10)] (9) of this title................................................................................12 points
