Ch. 621                                    1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND

(1)     Two members shall have an initial term of 1 year;

(2)     Two members, shall have an initial term of 2 years; and

(3)     One member shall have an initial term of 3 years.

(b) The initial term of the consumer members of the Board shall be 3 years.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That any acupuncturist
registered with the State Board of Physician Quality Assurance as of July 1, 1994, shall be
deemed to be licensed under the provisions of this Act.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October July 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

CHAPTER 621
(House Bill 973)

Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Fishing Club Licenses)

FOR the purpose of making available in Worcester County a Class C beer, wine and
liquor license for fishing clubs; specifying conditions on obtaining such a license;
and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Worcester County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 20(y)

Annotated Code of Maryland
(1990 Replacement Volume and 1993 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

20.

(y) (1) This subsection applies only in Worcester County.

(2)     The annual license fee is $250.

(3)     There is a golf, tennis, or swimming club license which:

(i) Is used in conjunction with a country club, excluding miniature golf
courses operating in Worcester County;
