SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

18-304.

(a) There is a Task Force to Study Health Professional-Client Sexual
Exploitation.

(g) The Task Force shall issue a final report of its findings, recommendations, and
strategy to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1312 of the State Government Article, to the
General Assembly on or before January 1, [1995] 1996.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Motor Vehicles - Driving While Intoxicated - Subsequent Offender Penalties

FOR the purpose of establishing that a person's prior conviction of certain alcohol- and
drug-related driving offenses shall be deemed a conviction of driving while
intoxicated for the purposes of subsequent offender penalties under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to penalties for persons convicted of driving or
attempting to drive while intoxicated.
