SUBTITLE 12. TERMINATION OF TENANCY - CHANGE IN LAND USE

8A-1201.

WHEN A MOBILE HOME PARK OWNER SUBMITS AN APPLICATION FOR A
CHANGE IN THE LAND USE OF A PARK, THE OWNER SHALL SUBMIT, AS PART OF THE
APPLICATION, A PLAN FOR ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS FOR EACH RESIDENT TO
BE DISLOCATED AS A RESULT OF THE CHANGE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County Community College - Board of Community College Trustees -

Membership and Meetings

FOR the purpose of altering the membership of the Board of Community College
Trustees for Harford County Community College; requiring the Board of Trustees,
the College President, the Harford County Board of Education, and the
Superintendent of the Harford County Public Schools to meet periodically to
discuss certain matters; providing for the application of a certain provision of this Act;
and generally relating to the membership of the Board of Trustees and meetings of
the Harford County Community College.
