(i) Be clearly visible either from the principal place of access to the
property; or
(ii) Be clearly visible on the portion of the property where the
pesticide is applied.
[(5)](6) [The] EACH sign REQUIRED UNDER THIS SUBSECTION shall
contain a uniform statement AND BE OF A SIZE approved by the Department.
(d) Before applying an experimental use pesticide, the holder of the required
experimental use permit from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency shall provide
the Department with the following information:
(1) Name of cooperator;
(2) Location of planned application or treatment;
(3) Name of active ingredient of pesticide;
(4) Purpose of application or use;
(5) Total acreage being affected by application;
(6) Toxicological profile of pesticide; and
(7) Any other information required by the Department.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

Insurance Regulation
FOR the purpose of altering a certain date for the filing of certain audited financial
reports; authorizing the Insurance Commissioner to determine whether the
continued operation of an insurer would be hazardous to the policyholders,
creditors, or the general public; setting out criteria which the Commissioner may
consider in making a determination; allowing the Commissioner to disregard and
adjust certain financial credits, values, or liabilities in making the determination;
authorizing the Commission to take certain actions if the Commissioner makes a
determination that the continued operation of an insurer is hazardous to
policyholders, creditors, or the general public; providing for a certain hearing;
imposing certain additional requirements on managing general agents regarding
electronic claims files and interim profits; requiring an insurer to comply with
certain procedures to discover whether an agent has become a managing general
