FILED A FINANCING STATEMENT INDEXED IN THE NAME OF THE BORROWER IN
THIS STATE OR IS KNOWN BY THE CREDIT UNION TO HAVE A SECURITY INTEREST IN
THE PROPERTY.
(III) 1. IF THE BORROWER OR OTHER PERSON ENTITLED TO
RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OBJECTS IN WRITING WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE SENDING
OF THE NOTIFICATION, THE CREDIT UNION MUST TAKE REASONABLE ACTION TO
DISPOSE OF THE PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROVIDED UNDER SUBSECTION (J) OF
THIS SECTION.
2. IN THE ABSENCE OF WRITTEN OBJECTION, THE CREDIT
UNION MAY RETAIN THE PROPERTY IN SATISFACTION OF THE OUTSTANDING
UNPAID INDEBTEDNESS UNDER THE LOAN.
(5) IF DESPITE COMPLYING WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
SECTION THERE IS NO SALE OF TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURING A LOAN
UNDER SUBSECTION (J) OF THIS SECTION:
(I) THE CREDIT UNION MAY RETAIN THE PROPERTY WITHOUT
OBLIGATION TO ACCOUNT TO THE BORROWER; AND
(II) IF THE PROPERTY IS RETAINED, ALL OBLIGATIONS OF THE
BORROWER UNDER THE LOAN SHALL BE DISCHARGED.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning
Pesticide Applicators - Certification - Notice Training
FOR the purpose of altering provisions of law requiring that certain pesticide applicators
take a written examination administered by the Department of Environment to
obtain certification requiring the Secretary of Agriculture to establish certain
conditions relating to reinstatement or renewal of certain licenses, certificates, and
permits; requiring the Secretary to mandate certain additional training for certain
persons under certain circumstances; authorizing the Department to administer a
special examination to certain pesticide applicators before renewing certification;
altering provisions of law that require certain pesticide applicators provide
customers with advance notice of a pesticide application; establishing that certain
pesticide applicators post a sign within a certain time before applying a pesticide to
a lawn or to exterior landscape plants; specifying the period of time signs placed
before a pesticide application must remain in place; requiring that certain pesticide
applicators post a sign immediately after a pesticide application and requiring that
