(b) In each of the districts provided for in § 1-602 of this subtitle, there shall be
the following number of associate judges of the District Court:

(6) District 6 — [11] 12

[Two] THREE of the judges in district 6 shall have as their primary duty and, if
made necessary by the case load their exclusive duty, the handling of juvenile causes.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the changes to §§
1-503(a)(12), (13), and (16), 1-603(b)(6), and 1 60
4 of the Courts and Judicial
Proceedings Article made by
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1994, and the changes to §
1-503(a)(7) of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article shall take effect January
this

1, 1995.

defining a certain term; and generally relating to theft.

DISTRIBUTED ON A COMPLIMENTARY OR COMPENSATORY BASIS.
