AN ACT concerning

Regulated Shooting Grounds and Captive Wildlife —Reporting and Penalties

FOR the purpose of establishing certain reporting requirements for holders of permits to
establish and operate regulated shooting grounds; making these reporting
requirements a condition to receive certain new permits; authorizing the Secretary
of Natural Resources to impose certain additional penalties on a certain permit
holder for certain violations; requiring the Secretary to impose certain additional
penalties on a certain permit holder for certain other violations occurring on a
regulated shooting ground; establishing certain limits on the number of certain
mallard ducks that may be taken by shooting on a regulated shooting ground;
authorizing the hunting of certain pen-reared game birds on regulated shooting
areas on Sundays under certain circumstances and in accordance with certain
requirements and providing for the termination of this authorization; and generally
relating to hunting on regulated shooting grounds and captive wildlife.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) Any person desiring to establish and operate a regulated shooting ground shall
